"Guardianship, Probate, and Elder Law Matters: A Collaborative Approach to Conflict Resolution." The program will focus on the use of alternative dispute resolution including collaborative law, in family disputes regarding elders. For more information, go to

Karen Levitt, Lynda Robbins and William Andrews were invited to give a presentation at the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section Spring Conference in San Francisco April 8-10, 2010. Their presentation is titled "Two Processes are Better than One: Combining Mediation and Collaborative Practice To Help Families Resolve Estate and Elder Conflicts."
