Karen Levitt chairs a half-day MCLE program on May 19, 2010 in Boston entitled "Guardianship, Probate, and Elder Law Matters: A Collaborative Approach to Conflict Resolution." Karen Levitt, Lynda Robbins and William Andrews were invited to give a presentation at the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section Spring Conference in San Francisco April 8-10, 2010. Their presentation is titled "Two Processes are Better than One: Combining Mediation and Collaborative Practice To Help Families Resolve Estate and Elder Conflicts."
