Teresa M. Harkins La Vita is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, and will focus her practice at the Levitt Law Group on family law and probate matters including divorce, custody and parenting plans, support, paternity, and guardianship. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Attorney La Vita served for two years as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. She is an honors graduate of New England Law Boston, where she earned multiple scholastic achievement awards including the New England Scholar Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Sexual Orientation and the Law, Housing Discrimination, European Union Law, and Mass. Practice and Procedure. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. As part of the Levitt Law Group team, Attorney La Vita will serve clients in litigation, collaborative law, and mediation. |
